HOW ARE THE CANDLES MADE?

All of our candles are hand poured and generally made to order. Our candles use soy wax and  essential fragrance orders. Some candles do include dried flowers.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

We appreciate your order and want you to receive it as soon as possible! We pride ourselves on a quick turnaround time, and usually ship within 5-7 business days of purchase, if not the same day! We pack and ship all orders Monday through Friday, and do our best to select a transit time of 3 days or less. During peak seasons and sales, please allow up to 7 business days for your order to ship. Reach out if you need it sooner & we will do what we can to make sure you receive it in time!

HOW DO YOU SHIP?

All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS from our fulfillment center in Alabama.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER? 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please note all delivery times are estimates, and we are unable to guarantee delivery times. If you need an order by a certain delivery date, please contact us so we can assist you. 
 
 

CAN I CANCEL OR MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

If you need to cancel or make changes to your order it must be done within 48 hours.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. All returns will be credited back in the form of store credit minus any shipping charges.
